Midland Pipes and Drums

Please note: The Midland Pipes and Drums take a break from practice nights in the summer. We will not be holding Monday night practices on Aug. 3,10,17, 24,31 and Sept. 7, 2026.

Regular Monday night practice will resume Monday, Sept. 14, 2026.

The Midland Pipes and Drums provide musical entertainment throughout Midland and the surrounding communities.  We play for the Branch 80 Legion, and the Town of Midland at a number of events throughout the year, and we are for hire for private events and ceremonies.  

We are always interested in new members.  If you play the pipes or drums, or you would like to learn, please reach out to us via the contact page.  

The band members regularly practice on Monday evenings from 7-9 pm, upstairs at the Midland Legion.  If you would like to attend a practice, please reach out to us via the contact page, as some Monday evenings we play concerts in the community in lieu of practice and sometimes the Legion doors or locked (they don't want us crazy pipers to escape).  If we know you are coming, we will have someone available to welcome you!
